Refund & Returns Policy
Due to the nature of personalized products, we cannot offer any returns or refunds unless the item has arrived in a damaged or defective condition. Please contact us immediately if you would like to find out more information relating to damaged and defective items.
Color Discrepancies: Colours of the completed product may differ somewhat from what is visible on the customer’s screen to what they may actually receive due to monitor and calibration discrepancies. Before and after the purchase, the user is given a design mock-up. This reflects the final design and cannot be modified or adjusted after it has entered the manufacturing process and the user has issued consent to proceed. For this reason, all sales on the site are complete and final and GIFTMOO only returns under the terms and conditions set forth below:
Damaged in Shipment
If you receive your product and it has been damaged during the shipment process, please email us at [email protected] within 10-15 business days of receiving the shipment. Include a description of the damages and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.
Important conditions for return
Please note that you can only return a product if it is defective and not when you are dissatisfied with a purchase. The product returned shall be inspected on its receipt. Please ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled before returning the product:
The product must be unused and in the same condition you received the item;
- Free from stains
- You shall inform about the return of the product to us within a period of 10-15 business days
- You must not accept any open package deliveries
- The return package must include everything that arrived with the package when you made the purchase, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories, invoices/warrantee cards and other documentation.
You agree and acknowledge that GIFTMOO.COM reserves the right to determine whether or not product is in saleable condition. Items considered unsellable will be discarded. GIFTMOO will not issue a Store Credit or Exchange these item(s).
Refunds
We will send you an email after your return has been received and examined to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also tell you if your return has been approved or rejected. If you are approved, we will have a refund issued to the payment method chosen upon checkout when your purchase was made..
